Certification the bill requires
'Certified by a nationally recognized testing laboratory to meet nationally recognized safety standards applicable to distributed energy resources'. UL 3700 is not named.
Notification
Not mandatory. Text: the utility 'may develop a method for the customer to inform the electric distribution utility of the wattage of the system ... subsequent to installation'. The utility shall not require approval before installation or use, an interconnection review, or an executed interconnection agreement.
